Welcome to Hands On SA

Hands On SA is an Australian Disability Enterprise recognised for providing high quality and meaningful supported employment for people living with a disability. Our business was founded in 1963 by a group of parents of children living with a disability who wanted to provide their children with vocational training and real employment opportunities.

Today Hands On SA employs more than 150 people across its two operations which are located at Kent Town on the city fringe of Adelaide and at Oakden just 10 kilometres north-east of the city.

Hands On SA is a public not-for-profit organisation which places an emphasis on so much more than work. We strive to “inspire better lives” by providing all employees with an enjoyable workplace environment which fosters learning, skill development and social interaction.
